Rocky Mountain Therapy Services (RMTS) has been providing services in Grantsville since 2007. We enjoy working with the physicians in our community as well as those in surrounding communities. Through our valued relationship with physicians, we are able to provide a quality outcome and patient education focus to clients. RMTS works with the community, area employers and student athletes and their parents and coaching staff to assist in a positive outcome. Under the Direction of Brett Bartlett, MPT, and a great support staff, the clinic has reached out and become a partner facility to the community.
Located on East Main Street in Grantsville, in close proximity to physicians our facility offers a comfortable and warm atmosphere for our patient’s recovery from an injury or surgery. This facility has been updated and offers a great environment for healing and education.

Clinic Director: Brett Bartlett, MPT
Brett graduated from the University of Utah in 1999 and received his Master’s in physical therapy from Elon University in North Carolina in 2002. In 2007 he became the Clinical Director of Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy in Grantsville. Brett treats all areas of the body with the goal of reaching a patients’ maximal potential with as little pain as possible. His individual hands on approach has proven beneficial in many difficult treatment situations.Brett is highly involved in the community volunteering his time with Grantsville high school athletics and local youth recreational sports programs. He lives in Grantsville with his wife Brook and their 3 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, anything University of Utah, golf and the outdoors.
Office Manager: Kelly Thompson
Kelly has been with Rocky Mountain Therapy Services for 11 years and in Grantsville 9 years. She has been an instrumental part in the growth of our clinic. Her experience as an EMT and CNA shows in her quality care with our patient’s. Many of our patient’s comment that Kelly’s compassionate care has made their physical therapy experience enjoyable and they look forward to their visits.
Aide: Clarissa Weaver
Clarissa joined our team 1 year ago. Clarissa completed a Job Shadow program with Brett while in high school. Since joining Rocky Mountain Therapy Services, she has been a valuable player in helping our patient’s to get better. Clarissa has interest in pursuing a career in Occupational Therapy.
