Rocky Mountain Therapy Services (RMTS) Industrial Clinic has been providing services in Salt Lake City for over 25 years. We appreciate and work with the physicians in our community as well as those in surrounding communities. Through our relationship with physicians, we are able to provide a quality outcome and patient education focus to clients. RMTS works with the community, area employers and student athletes and their parents and coaching staff to assist in a positive outcome. Under the Direction of Jim Wortley, PT, MBA, Mitch Felix, MPT, CHT and a great support staff, the clinic has reached out and become a partner facility to the employers as well as the community.
Located on Redwood Road just off I-80 in Salt lake City, in close proximity to physicians and employers our facility offers a comfortable and warm atmosphere for our patient’s recovery from an injury or surgery. This facility has been updated and offers a great environment for healing and education.

Clinic Director: James (Jim) Wortley, PT
James Wortley, is a graduate of the University of Utah and has practiced industrial medicine for 25 years. Jim is a highly experienced and compassionate therapist that is multifaceted in his clinical practice. In his spare time Jim enjoys golfing, skiing, working on family history, and spending time with his family in Farmington UT.
Physical Therapist: Mitchell (Mitch) Felix, MPT
Mitchell Felix, is a graduate of Texas Tech University and has been practicing for 16 years in various capacities of physical therapy. His experience includes inpatient care, outpatient orthopedics, industrial medicine, and home care. Mitch enjoys camping with his family and sporting activities. Mitch and his wife have three children and currently reside in Woods Cross, UT.
Physical Therapy Aide: Jon Osorio
Jon Osorio, has been with RMTS for nearly 2 years and is currently pursuing a career as a Physical Therapy Assistant at Salt Lake Community College. Jon loves working with patients and is bilingual which increases his ability to serve a broader range of patients in the clinic. He is also musically talented, loves playing video games and spending time with his family in Sunset, UT.
