About Me
I grew up in Salt Lake City playing hockey, which sparked my early interest in physical therapy. Injuries and recovery were a natural part of the sport, and over time, I became fascinated by how the body heals and adapts. Hockey also gave me the chance to travel the world, including living and playing in Sweden—a formative experience both personally and professionally.
I began my career in physical therapy in 1989 at Rocky Mountain Therapy in West Valley. By 1991, we had expanded to multiple clinics, and in 1996, I chose to specialize in hand therapy. There was a clear need in the community, and I was drawn to the intricate mechanics and anatomy of the hand.
Throughout my life, I’ve been passionate about goal-oriented activities—whether it’s running marathons, skiing Utah’s deep powder, or completing 200-mile cycling races. That same mindset carries over into my work with patients. I enjoy helping people reach their personal goals through customized care and thoughtful progressions.
These days, my wife and I enjoy time together seeing the country in our RV, traveling with our dogs and bikes. We’re supportive Utah Football fans and fervent supporters of the Utah Mammoth.

About Me
I grew up in suburban Philly, but found my way to the mountains after my first ski trip to Utah in high school. I’ve done a little of everything and spent time in many different states. From cleaning windows to climbing/skiing some of the tallest mountains in the states, I’ve experienced a lot of unique situations that helped shape me.
I love to learn and I love to teach. As a Physical Therapist, I get to tie together a lot of my passions: mentoring in challenges, empowering patients to take care of themselves and inspiring healthy lifestyles.
I joined this clinic after graduating and helped it grow to treating more diverse orthopedic conditions. I specialized in hands because I came to appreciate how important our hands are to everything we do.
Currently, my wildest adventure is being a mom and aunt! My favorite thing is to spend time outside, unplugged with my family, friends and dogs.

About Me
I started my career with Rocky Mountain Therapy Services. I’ve had the opportunity to work at three of the clinics. Now, I can say I’ve found my home clinic. I’m passionate about movement, wellness, and making a positive impact on people’s lives every day.
In our West Valley clinic, I enjoy the diversity of our patients. I feel like I can make a strong impact in advocating for our Spanish speaking patients in breaking down the language barrier.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me chasing new adventures, whether it's hiking, exploring new cities, or planning my next trip abroad. I am a social butterfly and love to spend quality time with family and friends.
